L’ONU a réagi avec fermeté à la tentative avortée de putsch survenue dimanche au Bénin. À New York, le Secrétaire général, António Guterres, a « condamné sans équivoque » cette action « anticonstitutionnelle », avertissant qu’elle « pourrait menacer davantage la stabilité de la région ».
