Un canot pneumatique parti de Zouara, dans le nord-ouest de la Libye, a chaviré le 3 novembre avec une cinquantaine de personnes à bord. Selon l’Organisation internationale pour les migrations (OIM), 42 d’entre elles sont « présumées mortes » et sept ont pu être secourues.
