C’est un tournant pour le droit international, aux répercussions politiques considérables. Dans un avis consultatif très attendu, rendu mercredi, la Cour internationale de Justice (CIJ) affirme que les États ont « l’obligation de prévenir les dommages significatifs à l’environnement » et doivent « coopérer de bonne foi » pour enrayer le changement climatique.
