Les autorités ougandaises doivent lever immédiatement le blocus tenu par la police et l’armée au domicile du leader de l’opposition Robert Kyagulanyi et le remettre en liberté, ainsi que son épouse Barbara Itungo Kyagulanyi. Il s’agit d’une détention arbitraire, a déclaré Amnesty International au 7e jour de ce blocus post-électoral.
