L’arrêt du Tribunal constitutionnel polonais jugeant inconstitutionnel l’avortement en cas de « malformation grave et irréversible du fœtus ou de maladie incurable potentiellement mortelle pour le fœtus » nuit aux femmes et aux filles et viole leurs droits fondamentaux, ont déclaré le 22 octobre Amnesty International, le Centre pour les droits reproductifs et Human Rights Watch.
