Martin Fayulu, candidat malheureux à la présidentielle de décembre 2018 en RDC, en appelle aux élections anticipées au regard de la confusion qui caractérise son pays avec une tension accrue au sein des institutions. Il dit avoir pardonné à ceux qui lui ont "volé" sa victoire.
