En Guinée-Bissau, Umaro Sissoco Embalo n’a pas fait marche arrière. Il a maintenu son investiture comme chef de l’Etat jeudi lors d’une cérémonie dans un hôtel de la capitale. L’événement a eu lieu en dépit de la contestation qui perdure autour du résultat de la présidentielle du 29 décembre dernier.
