Au Cameroun, plus de cent personnes ont été enlevées par des séparatistes armés dans les régions anglophones avant les élections législatives et municipales de dimanche. C’est ce qu’a annoncé hier (mercredi) Human Rights Watch, tout en accusant les militaires camerounais de nouveaux abus.
