Human Rights Watch a appelé lundi le gouvernement malien à mettre fin à la quasi impunité des groupes armés islamistes et d'autodéfense communautaires, responsables l'an dernier d'un nombre record d'atrocités qui ont coûté la vie à plus de 450 civils dans le centre du Mali selon l'ONG.
