L'ancien chef de la rébellion ivoirienne et candidat à la présidentielle d'octobre, Guillaume Soro, actuellement en exil, a annoncé mercredi qu'il s'opposerait à toute modification de la Constitution dans son pays, jugeant "inacceptable" de "changer les règles du jeu" à quelques mois du scrutin.
