En Algérie, le nouveau président est entré en fonction jeudi. Abdelmadjid Tebboune a prêté serment lors d'une cérémonie près d'Alger, après avoir remporté la présidentielle du 12 décembre dernier. Il est pourtant considéré comme illégitime par le mouvement de contestation, qui a contraint au départ en avril dernier son prédécesseur Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
