Le président malien Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta a décrété un deuil national de trois jours à partir de lundi après l'attaque revendiquée par le groupe Etat islamique contre un camp du nord, la plus meurtrière depuis des années pour l'armée malienne. 49 soldats maliens ont été tués vendredi dans l'attaque du camp d'Indelimane, près du Niger, dans le nord-est du pays.
