Le Parlement vote la limitation des mandats présidentiels

Le Parlement a adopté à l'unanimité une révision de la Constitution. Le changement prévoit qu'un président ne pourra pas faire "plus de deux mandats dans sa vie". L'ancienne formulation évoquait un mandat renouvelable une fois. Le nouveau texte limite également à trois le nombre de mandats législatifs et crée un poste de vice-président.
