Le président béninois Patrice Talon a assuré vendredi ne "plus vouloir revenir" sur la modification du nombre de mandats présidentiels, que le Parlement a déjà rejetée et qu'il est accusé par l'opposition de vouloir refaire passer à l'issue du dialogue politique tenu mi-octobre.
