Le "grand dialogue national" voulu par le président Paul Biya s'est ouvert lundi au Cameroun pour tenter de mettre un terme au conflit meurtrier entre Yaoundé et des séparatistes anglophones, mais ses chances d'aboutir sont minces en raison de l'absence des principaux leaders sécessionnistes.
