Libye : un migrant soudanais tué lors de son débarquement à Tripoli, l’OIM condamne cet incident

Un migrant soudanais a été tué par balle par un garde-côte libyen jeudi 19 septembre après avoir été intercepté en mer. L’homme tentait de s’enfuir afin d’échapper à son renvoi en centre de détention. L’Organisation internationale pour les migrations (OIM), dont le personnel a été témoin de la tragédie, a fermement condamné cet « incident » et réclamé l’ouverture d’une enquête « approfondie ».
