Les Nations Unies ont célébré mercredi la Journée internationale du souvenir, en hommage aux victimes du terrorisme. L’occasion pour le Secrétaire général de l’ONU, António Guterres, de demander à la communauté internationale d’exprimer sa solidarité avec ces victimes.
