Au Soudan le conseil militaire au pouvoir et la principale coalition d'opposition ont signé dimanche 4 août un accord à travers une déclaration constitutionnelle pour une sortie de crise. Dans les rues de Khartoum les manifestants ont célébré ce nouvel accord qui devra ouvrir la voie à la formation d'un gouvernement de transition.
