Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies a quitté la Libye vendredi en exprimant son espoir que le pays divisé puisse « éviter une confrontation sanglante » dans et autour de la capitale Tripoli. Le chef de l'ONU a achevé un voyage de deux jours en affirmant qu'il s'en va «avec une profonde inquiétude et un cœur lourd».
