In US, Oregon Tables Forced Opioid Reductions Vote – For Now

December 14, 2018 Video Video: Opioids Crackdown in the US Leaves Pain Patients Suffering Federal and state government efforts to reduce prescription opioids are inadvertently harming chronic pain patients. Many patients are involuntarily cut off medications that improve their lives or say they are unable to find a doctor willing to care for them.  The US state of Oregon announced it will postpone a vote on restricting prescription opioids to a large group of Medicaid patients.
