Le chef des opérations de paix de l'ONU, Jean-Pierre Lacroix, a participé lundi à N'Djamena, la capitale tchadienne, à la cérémonie d'hommage aux 10 Casques bleus tchadiens qui ont perdu la vie le 20 janvier dernier dans des combats contre des terroristes à Aguelhok, dans le nord du Mali.
