Lors d'une conférence vendredi à New York, 41 bailleurs de fonds ont annoncé des contributions record de 439 millions de dollars pour 2019 et des contributions supplémentaires pour 2018 au Fonds central d’intervention d’urgence (CERF), assurant ainsi un niveau record de financement de 554 millions de dollars au CERF.
