Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, António Guterres, s’est dit profondément attristé jeudi par les informations selon lesquelles 200 personnes seraient mortes, 1.300 blessées et près de deux millions d’autres affectées par les récentes inondations qui se sont produites le long des fleuves Niger et Benue au Nigéria.
