Volunteers Converge on Raleigh State Capital to Support Pet Rescue Efforts

In the days following the destruction of Hurricane Florence, many coastal North Carolinians remained away from their homes. Authorities ordered mandatory evacuations across the southern state, making calls for help difficult to answer. with household pets trapped in crumbling shelters volunteers and donations have begun pouring in for support. Arash Arabasadi reports from the capital, Raleigh.
