Papal Letter to Catholics Condemns Clerical Sexual Abuse, Cover-Up

In a letter to the world's billion-plus Catholics, Pope Francis condemned clerical sexual abuse and its cover-up, saying the Church must recognize it and condemn it with sorrow and shame.
