L'opposant malien Soumaïla Cissé a "catégoriquement rejeté" vendredi les résultats officiels de la présidentielle le donnant battu au second tour du 12 août, affirmant qu'il l'avait au contraire remporté face au président sortant Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta.
