Report: Cold War Contacts Should Be Revived to Stop Spread of Nuclear Weapons

The United States and Russia urgently need to revive Cold War-era cooperation to prevent the proliferation of nuclear weapons. That’s according to a report from a policy group, the International Institute for Strategic Studies. As Henry Ridgwell reports, the authors highlight how U.S.-Soviet cooperation helped prevent the spread of nuclear weapons to the African continent.
