Moscow Taxi Hits Pedestrians; Incident Deemed Accidental

A taxi driver who drove his vehicle onto a sidewalk Saturday in Moscow temporarily raised fears of terrorism as Russia hosts the World Cup competition, but the incident was later deemed accidental.
