Cyclone Drenches Oman, Yemen; 3 Dead, 40 Missing

Cyclone Mekunu blew into the Arabian Peninsula early Saturday, drenching arid Oman and Yemen with rain, downing power lines and leaving at least one dead and 40 missing, officials said.
