Un tribunal arbitral international a rejeté la demande du groupe minier Timis de disposer d'un stock de 40.000 tonnes de manganèse extrait d'une mine qu'il exploitait à Tambao (nord du Burkina Faso), a annoncé mercredi le gouvernement burkinabè, en litige avec l'industriel.
