This submission focusses on the topics of girls’ right to access a safe abortion, accountability for past abuses against children, and the protection of students, teachers, and schools during time of armed conflict.   Access to Abortion (Articles 2, 6, 14, 16, 24, 37) Abortion is illegal in Argentina, except in cases of rape or when the life or health of the woman or girl is at risk.
