Manafort Arraigned in Federal Court

U.S. President Donald Trump's former campaign manager Paul Manafort was arraigned in federal court, after a superseding indictment was filed against him last week. This is the second superseding indictment he faced in one week. A separate indictment alleging bank fraud and filing false tax returns also was filed against him in the Eastern District of Virginia.
