The new gold: technology and successful startups in California’s Silicon Valley. It attracts people from around the world, who go there and try to make it big. Tech hubs also are forming in Asia, but a different start-up culture than you'll find in the Golden State. VOA’s Elizabeth Lee explains from Silicon Valley.
