Philippines Typhoon Kills At Least 2, Causes Flooding, Damage

At least two people were killed as Typhoon Nock-Ten, which disrupted Christmas festivities in parts of the Philippines, brought heavy winds and rains to Manila on Monday, officials said. The typhoon made land Sunday evening on the remote island of Catanduanes with wind gusts of up to 255 kph.
