Medical Marijuana Now Legal in Majority of US States

Last Tuesday, Arkansas became one of 28 U.S. states to legalize the medical use of marijuana. Another 8 states have passed laws allowing its recreational use. But even as more states allow the use of cannabis, implementing laws regulating pot is proving difficult, and then there's the fact that it's still illegal to possess or grow pot under federal law. VOA's Kevin Enochs reports.
