Nicaragua President Heading to a Third Term

Nicaragua presidential elections partial results show Daniel Ortega on his way for a third consecutive term. With 21 percent of ballots counted, Roberto Rivas, president of the Supreme Electoral Council said on Sunday that the current president had more than 71 percent of the votes.
