France Says Russia Could Face War Crimes Over Aleppo

France says Russia could face war crimes charges over its bombing campaign of Syria’s eastern city of Aleppo. French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault told France Inter radio Monday that the bombings are war crimes.
