Blast at Syrian Wedding Hall Kills 14

A suicide bomber has blown himself up at a wedding in northeastern Syria, killing at least 14 people and injuring dozens more, Syrian activists said. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which monitors the violence in Syria’s civil war, said the death toll is expected to rise with many of the wounded in critical condition.
