Uzbek Leader in Intensive Care After Brain Hemorrhage

Speculation abounds about the state of health of Uzbekistan’s President Islam Karimov, but media reports that he has died have not been confirmed, the Kremlin said Tuesday. His younger daughter, Lola Karimova-Tillyaeva, wrote on social media Monday that her father was in a "stable" condition in the hospital after suffering a cerebral hemorrhage over the weekend.
