Rousseff to Address Brazilian Senate Monday in Impeachment Trial

Suspended Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff is scheduled to address senators Monday during her impeachment trial. She is expected to speak for about a half hour. Both supports and opponents will be able to ask her questions after her comments to the Senate. Rousseff, 68, is on trial for allegedly breaking fiscal rules in the administration of Brazil's federal budget.
