More Than 40,000 Baton Rouge Homes Await Repair After Floods

The death toll rose to 11 Wednesday as Louisiana's capital continues to reel from unprecedented flooding. More than 40,000 homes have been damaged following a weekend of record-breaking rainfall in Baton Rouge.
