En visite à Madagascar, le Secrétaire général de l'ONU, Ban Ki-moon, a encouragé mercredi les autorités malgaches à instaurer un climat de confiance, de liberté et d'équité et a réitéré le soutien de l'ONU pour relever les nombreux défis auxquels est confronté le pays, notamment la malnutrition.
