FBI to Probe Minnesota Police Shooting of Black Man

The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigations says it will conduct a civil rights investigation into the police shooting of a black man in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges requested the probe.
