Guantanamo Bay Hearing Starts with Delay

An accused plotter of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the U.S. asked Monday about representing himself in court.  The pre-trial hearing at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba recessed in less then 10 minutes, according to reporters at the naval facility.
