Death Toll in Northeast India Attack Rises to 52

Police in northeastern India say at least 52 people have now died after a series of coordinated attacks by suspected tribal separatists. Parts of Assam state remained under curfew Wednesday following the violence there late Tuesday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi called "an act of cowardice."
