Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, Ban Ki-moon, s'est félicité vendredi de l'adoption d'une résolution historique par l'Assemblée générale instaurant le « Prix des Nations Unies Nelson Mandela ». Les critères et les procédures concernant l'attribution du prix devront être précisés au cours des prochains six mois.
