9 Civilians Killed in Taliban Hotel Attack

Afghan Interior Ministry officials say nine civilians were killed when four teenage Taliban gunmen penetrated the security of a luxury Kabul hotel with guns stuffed in their socks and opened fire. Authorities said Friday at least one child and four foreigners were killed in the assault. The foreigners were from Canada, India, New Zealand and Pakistan.
