Somalia: relief effort in the wake of cyclone that ravaged Puntland

A devastating cyclone hit eastern Puntland killing dozens of people, leaving hundreds homeless and wiping out a million head of livestock, on which the people of Puntland depend for survival. The ICRC is protecting and treating all the livestock that survived and has distributed food and relief to over 22,000 cyclone victims.
