New Video Shows Inebriated Toronto Mayor

A new video has surfaced showing the mayor of Canada's largest city in what he later admitted was an alcohol-driven rage. The widely circulated video, first released Thursday by the Toronto Star newspaper, has triggered new calls from local government officials for 44-year-old Rob Ford to take a leave of absence or to leave office altogether. The mayor told reporters he was "extremely, extremely inebriated" when the video was shot, and said he is "embarrassed"...
