Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, Ban Ki-moon, a nommé vendredi Nickolay Mladenov, de la Bulgarie, Représentant spécial pour l'Iraq et Chef de la Mission d'assistance des Nations Unies en Iraq (MANUI). Il remplacera Martin Kobler, de l'Allemagne, qui dirige désormais la Mission des Nations Unies en République démocratique du Congo (MONUSCO).
